Benefits of Referrals

There are many benefits to referring folks to me and having me refer folks to highly trusted agents elsewhere outside of the Halifax Regional Municipality area including outside the province to anywhere in Canada or the USA.  I have travelled extensively throughout Canada and the USA and have attended many real estate events and conventions meeting like-minded agents from across the province, Canada and the USA enabling me to find the perfect agent to connect you with when doing a long distance move.

Agents, including myself, who receive referrals will go the extra mile to provide dedicated and superior professional service delivering the unexpected as our reputations and business depend on a job well done – to point the client knows, likes and trusts us and will recommend our services to others.

The bottom line is that a referral will always have our undivided attention.

I have 2 Referral Programs currently underway:

• Helping Veterans & 1st Responders – this program is based on general referrals received from anyone where every referral that leads to a successful Real Estate transaction, contributes to an annual DONATION to Wounded Warrior – PAWS FUR THOUGHT to help cover the costs of breeding and training a Service Dog to be provided to a Veteran or First Responder suffering from PTSD.  See: Helping Veterans.
• Helping My Local Church – this program is specifically tailored to referrals from parishioners of my local church where a referral that leads to a successful transaction, a donation is made to help support the church with its outreach ministries in the local community.  See: Helping the Church
